About Jon Colman (Red Vanilla)
Jon Colman set up Red Vanilla Ltd in January 2003. Jon is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, a Specialist “Investor in People” Adviser and a Customer First UK associate. Red Vanilla’s client mix is mainly large public sector organisations and SMEs (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) and this mix largely reflects the local economy. Jon has experience in, and not limiting to, Business Planning, Change – Leading, Managing and Embedding Change, Communications, Critical Thinking Techniques and Networking Skills.

Red Vanilla training and development programmes are highly participative, informal, relaxed, fun and enjoyable, quick paced and invariably inspire people to put into practice what they’ve learnt. Jon has provided training sessions for JCI members before, so he is fully aware of our drive to develop ourselves and our “learning by doing” ethos.
